For men to increase testosterone

1. Stop masturbation and addictions which decrease testosterone

2. Work out in the gym (if you have a fat belly you have high estrogen and low testosterone)

3. ‘Cave Time’ be away from your partner

For women to increase estrogen:

1. Stop complaining out loud to spouse (journal out emotion and get in touch with them), all estrogen is emotion.

2. Talk about your emotions around your day, not about him.

3. Share emotions about him without any intention to change him
